Glass Ball with Crib

This beautiful mouth-blown glass ball carries a miniature crib with Mary, Joseph and the little baby Jesus as inner workings. Small semi-precious stones, mosses and sand, which are solidly dried and preserved by a special technique, form the landscape. All over, the Christmas comet illuminates and overlays the scene with its golden glow. The ball has a diameter of about 2.4" and is wound with real-silver bouillon wire, which gives it a special charm.
